By accessing or using NexoTrade, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Educational purpose

NexoTrade provides educational and informational content. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial institution. Nothing on the platform is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell a security. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials, account activity and the accuracy of information you provide.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant NexoTrade a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform. You may not publish unlawful material, spam, harassment, misleading financial claims, market manipulation or content that violates another person's rights.

5. Premium membership

Premium memberships are billed according to the price shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Partial billing periods are not refunded unless required by law.

6. Availability and third parties

Market data may be delayed or unavailable. NexoTrade may use third-party providers for authentication, payments, market data and infrastructure. Their terms may also apply.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
